FOR THE GREATEST GOOD LLC SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by For The Greatest Good LLC (“Sponsor”), with its principal office located at:
2334 W Buckingham Rd Ste 230 #1009, Garland, TX 75042. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

General Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, including Texas, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of For The Greatest Good LLC, their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise connected with the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Round Duration: Each Sweepstakes round runs for one month.
Countdown Timer: A dynamic countdown timer will be displayed on the website showing the time remaining for the current round. The start and end dates of each round will be clearly posted on the website.
Entry Deadline: All entries must be received before the countdown reaches zero. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Method 1: Donation Entry
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by making a donation via the website. Each donation will convert to a set number of Sweepstakes entries (for example, a $10 donation might equal 100 entries, and a $15 donation might equal 150 entries).

No Purchase Necessary: In compliance with Texas law, no purchase or donation is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. A free, alternative method of entry is available:

Method 2: Subscription Option
Participants may subscribe to an automatic monthly donation. The minimum subscription donation is $15 per month.

Recurring Donation and Entries: Each month, the subscription will trigger an automatic withdrawal and donation to the selected charity, and the subscriber will receive the corresponding number of entries.
Bonus Entries: Subscribers will receive an additional 50 bonus entries for each Sweepstakes round.

Tracking & Cancellation: All subscriptions will be tracked via our back-end system. To cancel the subscription, a subscriber must email a cancellation request to info@forthegreatestgood.org. Cancellation will take effect on the next billing cycle.

5. No Purchase Necessary – Mail-In Entry Method

To enter without making a donation, participants may mail in a handwritten entry. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, a mail-in entry must meet the following requirements:

Entry Requirements: Handwrite your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, and daytime telephone number (including area code) on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper.
Mailing Instructions: Mail the completed entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to:

Envelope Requirements: The outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which must contain the complete first and last name. Entries without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid.
Limit: Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted.
Mail-In Entry Format: All mail-in entries must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail will be permitted.
Postmark Deadline: Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Sweepstakes round. If the postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the entry must be postmarked on the following business day to be eligible.
Entry Credit: Each valid mail-in entry that complies with the above requirements will be credited with sixty (60) entries for the Sweepstakes.
Ineligible Entries: Entries that do not follow the specified format or are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, photocopied, or otherwise reproduced will be disqualified.
No Acknowledgment of Receipt: The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due, or entries not received by the deadline. No correspondence will be acknowledged, and requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be honored.
Ownership: All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

This Mail-In Entry method will run concurrently with the other entry methods in the promotion.

6. Donation Allocation & Transparency

Allocation: For The Greatest Good LLC is committed to transparency. Seventy percent (70%) of every donation is remitted directly to the selected charity organization, while thirty percent (30%) is retained to cover operational expenses and future Sweepstakes funding.
Disclosure: This allocation will be clearly displayed on the website and in all promotional materials.

7. Prize Description

Prize: The Grand Prize for each Sweepstakes round is a $2,000 Target shopping spree.
Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except where required by law.
Approximate Retail Value: The approximate retail value of the prize is $2,000.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Notification: Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within [insert time frame, e.g., 7 business days] of the drawing. If a winner does not claim the prize within [insert claim period, e.g., 10 days] of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Verification: Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility and to sign any necessary documents before the prize is awarded.

9. Privacy & Data Retention

Email Information: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that For The Greatest Good LLC will retain their email address and other contact information for marketing purposes only, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy practices.
Data Use: Personal data will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes, communicating with entrants, and sending marketing communications related to For The Greatest Good LLC’s services. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such messages.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Disclaimer: For The Greatest Good LLC is not responsible for any errors, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other issues that may occur in the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes.
Indemnification: Participants agree to release and indemnify For The Greatest Good LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Insert Arbitration Organization, e.g., American Arbitration Association], held in [Insert Location, e.g., Travis County, Texas]. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
Waiver of Jury Trial: By participating, entrants waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

12. Amendments & Termination

Modifications: For The Greatest Good LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules at any time, without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on the website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Termination: In the event of a cancellation or suspension of the Sweepstakes due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond For The Greatest Good LLC’s control, any unclaimed prizes may be forfeited, and no further liability shall be assumed by the Sponsor.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.
